Strength Collaborative Co-Chairs for AY 25-26

Purpose: To offer guidance and support to members who may wish to seek it. Our scope may range from providing direction on referrals to the Ombuds Office, to mobilizing the JCSW community to assist with work-related resources, job search support for those experiencing job transitions, and many needs in between.

Goals: 
-Recruit more active members who are willing to offer their time and support to others, helping us build a safe and responsive community

-Identify key areas where guidance and support are most needed

-Develop a Roadmap of diverse institutional resources across the HMS system so we can better connect members to right help when they need it
