In 2025-2026, the Career Advancement Subcommittee will focus on Strengthening our Community through Mentorship

• Utilize our recent infrastructure (JCSW Member Directory, JCSW Catalyst Affiliation group, JCSW LinkedIn) to connect our members, grow our membership, and promote JCSW members’ achievements
• Organize Panel Event on Mentorship for February 10, 2026 Meeting
• Include various types of mentors, represent different models and target audiences; incorporate action items; advice/homework for mentees
• Offer Mentorship training and/or workshop
• Develop Mentorship Resources for Faculty, Staff, Trainees
