Joining a JCSW Committee

Serving as a subcommittee member or chair within the Joint Committee on the Status of Women (JCSW) is a meaningful way to contribute to our mission while growing personally and professionally. Leadership roles provide opportunities to further the JCSW vision, connect with colleagues across HMS and HSDM, and expand your professional network. Participants gain valuable leadership experience for CVs and performance reviews, serve as role models to others, and create a tangible impact by giving back to the HMS/HSDM community.
