Rooted in Community – JCSW Arbor Day Cleanup Event at Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park

The Joint Committee on the Status of Women (JCSW) at Harvard Medical School, in collaboration with Mission Hill Neighborhood Housing Services (MHNHS), invites you to a special volunteer event to help restore and beautify Kevin W. Fitzgerald Park!
Cleanup will be from 12:00 – 2:00. There will be vendors and activities to follow until 4:00pm
This is a fantastic opportunity to give back to the community while learning about environmental stewardship. Volunteers will assist with invasive species removal, sumac trimming, and trash cleanup!

✔ Waivers Required – All participants must sign a waiver prior to the event. Print, sign and bring with you to the event or sign when you arrive. See Registration link to view the waiver.
We understand that this event falls during many schools’ April vacation. MHNHS will allow teens ages 13 and over to participate in this event. Unfortunately, younger children are not allowed to participate.
