Dr. Gazelle is a former internist and hospice physician, part-time Harvard Medical School Assistant Professor, and Master Certified Coach for physicians. Over the past decade, she has coached over 1,000 physicians and physician leaders, and now leads a team of 15 physician coaches. She is active in the Harvard Institute of Coaching where she is a founding member.

Dr. Gazelle has published twice in the New England Journal of Medicine and her work has been featured in as diverse venues as the CNN, the Wall Street Journal, Medical Economics, and O, the Oprah Magazine. Dr. Gazelle has worked to establish standardized competencies for those who coach physicians and was the lead physician author on a study now being used as a national standard.
