As we embark on the new year, please join us for an engaging conversation about boosting personal wellbeing and building resilience ahead of stress and change. We’ll also spotlight the workplace resources here to support you and show you how to easily tap into wellbeing, mental health, and work–life programs when you need them.

**Speakers:**

- **Laurie Conneely** currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Harvard Medical School. Her work spans organizational design, labor and employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, and change management. Before joining Harvard Medical School, Laurie held HR leadership roles at Emerson College, where she served as Human Resources Business Partner/Director. Prior to working in higher education, Laurie spent more than a decade working in the financial services industry in various Human Resource and Benefits leadership positions. Laurie enjoys golf, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, and two dogs in her spare time.
- **Jennifer Weininger** is the Work/Life and Wellbeing Program Manager at Harvard University’s Longwood Campus, where she leads initiatives that support faculty and staff mental health, work–life balance, and community building. She has extensive experience in organizational health, absence management, and wellness consulting from previous roles with Sun Life Financial and Homewood Health. On weekends, Jen is usually cheering on her three kids at their activities, but when she gets a quiet moment, she loves to read or relax with reality TV.

We warmly welcome all staff, faculty, fellows, residents, and students of HMS, HSDM and affiliated hospitals and institutions to attend. JCSW is committed to cultivating an inclusive and respectful environment that reflects the diversity of our academic and professional community. This event is open to individuals of all genders and identities.
