This year, our subcommittee will be:

- Setting priorities for new and ongoing projects.
- Exploring how our work fits within the broader JCSW organization.
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration and impact across HMS/HSDM.
- Building on last year’s momentum in research and advocacy.

Your input is vital as we shape the direction of our projects and strengthen our collective voice on professional equity. Whether you are new to the group or a long-time member, this is a great opportunity to get involved and help set the agenda for the year ahead.
