She holds a master’s degree in education and has over 20 years of experience in training, coaching, and program design. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Talent Consultant at Harvard University, Jennifer is also a Certified Digital Career Strategist through LinkedIn and an experienced career coach. She is passionate about empowering Early Career Employees, First-Generation Professionals, and STARs (Skilled Through Alternative Routes) by designing innovative curricula, fostering career mobility, and mentoring diverse talent.
