 Turn the page on 2020 and join JCSW colleagues in illuminating paths to grow professionally in 2021. During this engaging, collaborative workshop, we’ll discuss how to set strategic goals and successfully achieve them by embracing a growth mindset and new habits. Collectively, we’ll discuss key takeaways and brainstorm ways to enact our goals. We’ll also have a chance to celebrate our accomplishments, connect with each other, and support one another in reaching forward.

 This workshop will help you learn to:

 • Adopt a growth mindset   
• Articulate short-term professional goals in a specific, practical way  
• Outline a strategy to accomplish any professional goal or career breakthrough

 \*\*This is an interactive session. Some [pre-work](/file_url/292) is required. Come prepared to share one goal during the workshop and review the goal planning resources provided.
